Hey Jerri-Lynn,what’s my payment?

The process

Eight phases. Zero mysteries.

Most of the stress in a mortgage comes from not knowing what happens next. So here is exactly what happens next — all of it.

01Day 1

The conversation

A ten-minute text or call. Jerri-Lynn learns your income, debts, savings, and goals — and tells you honestly what’s possible.

021–2 days

Pre-approval

You share documents through New American Funding’s secure portal. Income, assets, and credit are reviewed for real, and you get a letter sellers trust.

03Your pace

House hunting

Shop with your agent and your pre-approval. Text Jerri-Lynn any address for a sample payment before you fall in love with it.

041–3 days

Offer & contract

Your agent negotiates; Jerri-Lynn is available to the listing side to confirm your financing is solid. Offer accepted → the clock starts.

05Week 1–2

Processing & appraisal

Your file is assembled, the appraisal is ordered, and title work begins. You’ll receive your Loan Estimate within three business days of application.

06Week 2–3

Underwriting

An underwriter reviews everything. Conditions are normal — Jerri-Lynn translates each one and tells you exactly what to send.

07Week 3–4

Clear to close

Every condition is satisfied. Your Closing Disclosure arrives at least three business days before closing so nothing is a surprise.

08~Day 30

Closing day

You sign at the title company, funds are wired, the deed records — and you get keys. Jerri-Lynn is a text away the whole time, and after.

Communication

You’ll never wonder “what’s going on with my loan?”

At every milestone — application received, appraisal ordered, appraisal back, submitted to underwriting, conditions, clear to close, closing scheduled — you and your agent get a text. Radio silence is not a thing here.

haven’t heard anything in a few days… is something wrong?? 😰
Nope — underwriting just picked up your file this morning, right on schedule. I’ll text you the second they come back with conditions. Everything’s on track for the 28th.

Ready to start step one?

Step one is just a text. Jerri-Lynn takes it from there.
